You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. The fastest way is in the game.
Step 1: In the game

Confirm twice. Your account and its data are deleted from our servers immediately and permanently, and a new game starts.
Step 2: Can’t open the game?
- Reinstall it on the same device. This usually opens the same account: iPhone and iPad keep your sign-in key in the Keychain, and Android keeps it in Google’s backup (Block Store).
- If you linked a Google account, install the game on any Android device and link the same Google account in Settings. The game offers to switch to your account.
Then delete the account in the game, as in step 1.
Step 3: Still no access? E-mail us
The button opens a pre-filled e-mail to our support address. Fill in what you can and send it.

Tell us as much of this as you can:
- Your player tag (e.g. NAME#123456)
- Platform: Android or iOS
- Roughly when you started playing
- Roughly when you last played
- The country you play from
- If you bought anything: the order number, the item and the date from the store’s receipt e-mail (Google Play or App Store)
Your player tag is visible to other players, so on its own it is not enough; we match the details above against the account. If we can’t confirm the account is yours, we will tell you and won’t delete it.
How long it takes
We reply to your e-mail and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deleting in the game is immediate.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
Your account and everything in it:
- Your player tag, title and country, and your leaderboard and league entries
- Your progress: units, research, mastery, currencies, achievements and statistics
- Your sign-in keys, the link to your Google account and the notification token
Kept
- Purchase records, without any link to you, for as long as accounting and tax rules require
- Security records and the player tags you used before a rename, also without any link to your account
- Your e-mail to us, for as long as we need it to show how your request was handled
Deletion is permanent. Virtual items and currencies are lost and are not refunded. If you open the game again afterwards, you start over with a new account.
Uninstalling does not delete your account
Removing the game from your device leaves your account and its data on our servers. To delete them, use one of the ways above.
