Common questions
Restore a purchase
“No ads” comes back with Settings → Account → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Google Play or App Store account. Coins and other items stay in your game account and come back when you open the same account.
Play on another device
Link Google or Play Games on Android, or Apple or Game Center on iPhone and iPad, in Settings → Account, then link the same account on the new device. If you don’t link an account, removing the game can lose your progress.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, and they handle refunds under their own policies.
Delete your account
In the game: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. If you can’t open the game, follow the steps on the account deletion page.
