You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. The fastest way is in the game.
Step 1: In the game
FastestSettings Danger zone Delete account
Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and its data are deleted from our servers permanently, within 30 days at the latest.
Step 2: Can’t open the game?
- If you linked an account (Google or Play Games on Android, Apple or Game Center on iPhone and iPad), install the game on any device and link the same account in Settings → Account. The game offers to switch to your account.
- On Android, reinstalling the game on the same device usually opens the same account: Android keeps your sign-in key in Google’s backup (Block Store).
Then delete the account in the game, as in step 1.
Step 3: Still no access? E-mail us
The button opens a pre-filled e-mail to our support address. Fill in what you can and send it.

Tell us as much of this as you can:
- Your player tag (e.g. name#123456)
- Platform: Android or iOS
- Roughly when you started playing
- Roughly when you last played
- The country you play from
- If you bought anything: the order number, the item and the date from the store’s receipt e-mail (Google Play or App Store)
Your player tag is visible to other players, so on its own it is not enough; we match the details above against the account. If we can’t confirm the account is yours, we will tell you and won’t delete it.
How long it takes
We reply to your e-mail and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted
Your account and everything in it:
- Your player tag, display name, avatar and country, and your leaderboard entries
- Your progress: coins, powers, cosmetics, season progress, achievements and statistics
- Your friends, friend requests and blocks, your match history, replays and ghosts
- Your sign-in keys, linked accounts and the notification token
Kept
- Purchase records, without any link to you, for as long as accounting and tax rules require
- Security records, reports and the player tags you used before a rename, also without any link to your account
- Other players’ match history, in which you then appear without a link to your account
- Your e-mail to us, for as long as we need it to show how your request was handled
Deletion is permanent. Coins and other virtual items are lost and are not refunded. If you open the game again afterwards, you start over with a new account.
Uninstalling does not delete your account
Removing the game from your device leaves your account and its data on our servers. To delete them, use one of the ways above.
